' plus, being rudely awakened at 11:30 PM by a nonexistent pizza delivery was the cherry on top. almost considered giving a good review, but just couldn’t.

Breakfast could use an extended timeframe, as many guests aren't early risers. it only wraps up by 9 AM. Overall, few amenities, including an underwhelming pool that felt more decorative than functional.

The desk clerk was kind enough to give us another room after our initial one was unacceptable, but honestly it wasn't much better. They only clean the rooms after guests leave, so we had roaches crawling around and my kids were scared.
